Today we played Kenmare in what was our first home game and it turned out to be a good show. We dominated from first to last whistle and ran out convincing 8 3 winners. Mike Slattery scored an impressive 5 goals with some really clinical finishing. Ruari o Kelly scored twice and Robin mc Carthey continued his fine start to the season with another goal. Robin lead the front line exceptionally and created umpteen chances for his team to score. He had 5 assists. Conor Higgins was excellent in the heart of midfield while Sean Carmody and Matt Leuko were very good in central defence. All the team played well and are progressing nice as we begin the season. Next up is Mungret in the National cup. The bus will have room for supporters if people are interested.
