On Saturday 22nd February, the Park U9 team travelled to Listowel Celtic for friendly matches with Listowel Celtic U9’s. Of the four games played, the Park won two games, drew one and lost one. Special word of praise for Noah, Cathal, Conor, James, Kyle, Dylan for their outstanding effort put in throughout all the games. Notable strong performances as usual from Venis, Michael, Sean T, Ewan, Cian, Filip, Alex. David, Sean and Ethan proved stalwarts in defence and assisted the Park hold onto the narrowest of leads in one of the last games played. 9th February – Park U9 and U10 teams travelled to Killarney Celtic for friendly matches. Of the four games played, the Park won two games, drew one and lost one. Everyone played their part and great credit due to one and all. Many thanks for Killarney Celtic for kindly hosting us and many thanks for the parents who sacrificed their Sunday to come and support the Park Teams.
