Over 80 boys and girls attended the summer camp last week in Christy Leahy park and despite a dull start to the week the sun shone for the last three days giving us a taste of summer.
Danny took charge of the skills and games with Mary on hand in the shop with a band-aid and some TLC if needed.
Thanks to all the coaches who once again gave up their spare time for the club, the smiling faces of the boys and girls told its own story.
Everyone received a party bag and medal on Friday and Jason received a soaking from the under 10/11’s!!
The good news is that the 2nd Camp of the summer takes place on Monday 30th July from 10am – 2pm, €35 per player with each extra family member €15. Bring on the sun!!
