It was a great evening for Soccer,
Well what can i say 5 games unbeaten, this game was exceptional as the rest. We went out as a team and played as a team,passing the ball around making chances from the wings from Tony(left) and Jack(right),we had a few chances on goals but we wasn’t having any joy.
15 minutes into the first half Cian with the ball at right back put it through for Jack on the right wing with a nice cross over to Mark who neatly placed the ball into the right corner 1-0, we persued and more great passing by the both teams but Tony was to strong for the Killarney defence and with a great cross over to Carl(Cj) who then beat the defender and passed to Mark and drove it home left top corner 2-0,with 5 minutes to go Killarney were attacking we were starting to relax and Killarney got a sneaky goal 2-1. Half time score 2-1.
Second half, after having a chat with the lads,they were out on form once again, passing the ball left to right and with a nice dummy from Carl(Cj)and left it for Mark to drive home yet again 3-1.We conceded a corner and with a nice cross over from the Killarney’s winger and unfortunately deflected of Daniel for a own goal for Killarney 3-2.
Substitution was made Tennyson for Josh so we changed formation a bit and put Tennyson in defence and moved Samson mid-field with Junior, passing was great yet again mid-field to wingers it was great soccer played. Mark was on for goal yet again but slipped on the ball and injured his shoulder so another substitution was made, Tamer(Tj) came on so we made another shuffle and put Tamer(Tj) in defence and put Tennyson up front with Carl(Cj), a minute later with a nice cross from Junior into the box and a nice jump in the air from Tennyson but the ball was a bit to high for Tennyson to head it in.We were on the attack again, from the mid-field Samson got the ball through to Tennyson and with a great low shot Tennyson drove it into the back of the net 4-2. Killarney kept the pressure up they attacked a few times but Patrick also was having a great day in goal.with 5 minutes to go Junior was hunting for a goal and with his persistence was attacking again and again and with some nice passing and tackling from Junior he finally got his goal to make the full-time score 5-2.
