Not a day to play’
It wasn’t a day to play due to weather gales and hail but both teams endured the horrific weather.Neither team could play at there best.
We started off well but the Gale’s were against us and was hard for Park to do much. Camp had the advantage in the first half with the wind behind them in which camp scored 4 goals in the first half, we tried and tried but wasn’t to be, Mark had a shot on goal but the wind sent it wide, half time Camp 4-0.
Second half we had the wind behind us was our turn for the advantage, in the first 5 minutes Carl scored to make it 4-1 we battled on but then the Hail started again which was treacherous to play in but both teams again endured the weather, we were attacking most of the second half but wasn’t our day and the lads were all cold and wet, Camp then scored again to make it 5-1. Well done both teams.
