Killarney Celtic 8 Park 0

Another tough assigment away for the Park lads against the Leauge leaders. The park started brightly with good passing and movement from defence through to midfield, but as Killarney settled into the game it they proved why they were top of the pile with wave after wave of attack that left the Park shell shocked and found they were 6 nil down with 8 minutes to go to the half time break.

True to their spirit though, the Park lads through their defence of Gary, Evan, Eoin and Alan settled back into the game and showed glimpses of good attacking movement through Ruairi and Owen on the left and Kiwi and David on the right, to steady the ship until halftime.

The 2nd half and the park made some substutions and switches to try to reduce the deficit. Central midfielder Dylan and Gearoid in the forwards linked up well but were unable to break down the Celtic defence which remained rock solid throughout the game. The Park lads showed great character with a fine display of football to limit killarney to 2 scores in the 2nd half.

The park substitutes were Ed, Atim, Shane and James who contributed massively to the 2nd half performance of the team.
