The game started off at a fast pace with the ball being passed around the park by both teams . Evan took a shot but the ball went over the bar. Killarney were physically stronger than the park, and were able to use this to their advantage a ball broke free and the striker was able to hit the ball on the volley which went straight into the top of the net giving the keeper no chance 0-1 to Killarney .
The second half started with both teams mounting attacks but Killarney got the ball into the Park penalty area and Dean tackled the striker who went down and the referee gave a soft penalty, which the Killarney keeper made no mistake in putting it into back of the net 0-2 .Poga put a long ball forward and Evan connected with it but once again the keeper saves. Killarney counter attacked and passing the ball across the field put it in the net 0-3 . Jake makes a run down the wing beating two players only to have the keeper save once again, Killarney make another attack and the Park keeper runs out but miskicks and the striker slipped the ball past him into the net 0-4 Park had several more shots on goal BY Evan ,Jake and Pauric but ended fruitless ,and Killarney made sure another attack finding the back of the net making it 0-5 .The score did not reflect the game and Park played some good football, and but for an excellent display by the Killarney keeper it could have been a different story.
