What started off as a cagey affair ended in a rout.  10 minutes in,  The Park took control with a goal from Conor Lowe (man of the match)who went on to score 4 goals. Kieran (Kiwi) Killeen scored 2, one of which came from him running in from the left side and scoring from a seemingly impossible angle.  Ruairi O’Kelly also got on the score sheet.

By now The Park were well on top with the help of Maciek Morawski who made some lovely saves to keep the opponents at bay and the new management team lead by Neil Gill made some tactical changes at half time which enhanced defence and midfield.  In the second half Conor scored a lovely goal running from half way line beating several playing on the way to the net where he effortlessly slotted the ball into the goals.  Conor was subbed soon after by Stephen Benjamin who went on and scored himself.  The only blot in the copy book was a late goal conceded in the second half but the game was well won by The Park now.  Park B came together on Saturday with the whole team playing as one and every player putting 100 per cent into the game and got the result they deserved in the end.  Final score St Brendans Park B 8 Asdee B 1
