Up against another strong A team on Saturday the score line doesn’t justify how well the boys played both chased every ball showed great passing , physicality and hunger in a game where they could have dropped there heads and let Rattoo score more . We were missing 4 of our regular starting players and things got worse when our keeper Tom Naughton had to come off injured .

We had to put our center back Sean Collins in goals and we dropped Ben O’Sullivan into center back from center midfield and with his pace and height claimed every ball that they bombarded us with he was brilliant in defending which in turn picked up the spirit of the boys . Our only goal came from Jacob Radalescu with Nathan Holden being named as man of the match .

Manager James would like to mention these lads  who deserve great praise . Its hard going out their every week when results don’t go your way but they are improving and having the full 16 turn up to every training session is great.  They continue to show great commitment and heart and I’m well proud of them all .
