Jesse Stafford-Lacey’s first outing as captain of the International team resulted in a very successful 6-0 win over Estonia. Ireland were 5-0 up at half time and added a further goal in the second half.
This was a magnificent honour for Jesse and fully deserved.
Congratulations also to Listowel Celtic on hosting the game itself and to the 4 Kerry referee’s involved in officiating the game. A great occasion for the county and another one to follow on Thursday evening in Killarney.
