A 400 mile round trip to Dublin by bus on a Sunday for a 4pm kick off is no mean feat, it’s tough enough by car. Yet a couple of hundred Park supporters did just that to watch our fantastic U16’s play in the National Cup final in South Dublin yesterday. The craic on the buses ensured everyone was in great form prior to kick-off.
The wonderful support they gave the lads all game was very special and shows that our club spirit is very strong right now.
The club would like to thank those from outside the club who also travelled as ‘Park supporters’ for the day and were there because they are Kerry soccer supporters. We also had good wishes from abroad from the UK, mainland Europcar and the US along with those further afield in Australia and Asia.
