Park registered their second win in three days following their impressive win last Wednesday over a gallant Camp United side.

A national cup game at any level is a step up in quality and our lads were quick out of the blocks with Shane Mac scoring on his debut after a mere 28 seconds. The ball never left the grass in a super move that shows we are capable of playing good football with an end result.

We lost some focus over the next 10 minutes and the visitors tried hard and while dominating possession we could not find the net. Finally Sean Griffin scored with a wonder strike followed up a little later by an equally impressive finish from Duggie to end the half at 3-0.

The depth of the panel available was highlighted by the fact that we were able to push on and dominate the second half and after making 5 substitutions.

Well done to all the boys and an away day in the next round is the reward in a few weeks time. Compliments to the ground staff for the superb condition of the pitch and to the Greyhound for the post match refreshments.
