St Brendan’s Park U8’s & U9’s sides travelled to play Camp Fc at the Camp community centre on Saturday October 1st. It was another great morning for the players who played in at least 3 matches each. Both clubs brought big numbers to play which is a great sign for the future.
The Park players showed great skill and determination on a cold morning and both clubs enjoyed some great wins in the series of matches.
Thanks to Camp FC for hosting us and thanks also to the parents of our players for bringing the players to Camp. The early Saturday mornings are worth it and most importantly, the players are enjoying their football.
Next week our Academy continues at the normal time, 10am Saturday at Christy Leahy Park. Please arrive early everybody!
