Dynamos equalised in injury time and it was no more than they deserved for their efforts . A truly shocking performance from the youth team today devoid of spirit , effort and any semblance of intelligent football . One of the few players to come out with any credit was Jack Carmody in goal , which tells its own story . For a team packed with so much ability it was a desperate display .
Our only goal came from a terrific cross from Adam O Rourke which found Jesse O Sullivan un marked six yards from goal and he planted his header wide of the Dynamos keeper .
This proved to be the only highlight , and despite missing several chances we never really looked comfortable in possession and were constantly under pressure from the direct approach of the Dynamos team .
With the game nearly over a long free kick dropped in the box ,we were again slow to react and the Dynamos striker finished with a crisp low shot .
Without being too harsh on this group of players , who have been magnificent on occasions this season , several lads let themselves down today . With important games coming up it is vital that we get back to playing the kind of football that we are capable of .
