This was a nail biter right to the end when every time we got on top we seemed to let the opposition back into it. As they say it’s a results business and with Tom McLoughlin netting twice, one beauty, along with one each for Aaron Eager Moriarty and Daniel Shanahan we got through in the end.
Overall a great win with fine displays from Jay Murphy, Brandon Evans, Tony O’ Brien and Fergal Moriarty but Man of the Match goes to Conor Jordan who gave a “Richard Dunne in Russia” performance.
