Kerry Biofuels U-17 Cup Final
After a fantastic team performance the U-17 team were crowned Kerry Cup Champions. A goal in either half was good enough for the win but to be honest the lads dominated the game. We created numerous chances and on another night would have won a lot easier.
The first goal came from a Fionn Coakley strike from 20 yards which wrong footed the keeper mid way through the first half. But the all important second goal didn’t come until the 75th minute when George Carnegie headed home a Ryan Downey free kick. This was a great win and great credit goes to the management team of Robert Powell and Tadhg Healy.
